Editor’s Note: What the world needs now are Downtown Boys. The politically-charged and socially conscious Providence punk group released their Sub Pop debut Cost of Living last week, and it could not come at a better — or more necessary — time. On Saturday (August 12), they celebrated their record release show at ONCE Ballroom in Somerville, joined by Rhode Island brass ensemble What Cheer?
