When it comes to the comedy of Preacher Lawson, his name should be a huge indicator of how he is with the art of words. Come spring time, he’s making way back to town to spread his good word once more.
As announced earlier this week, Lawson will bring his upbeat and energetic comedy back to Boston as he return to the Wilbur stage on April 5. Quite a bit of time has passed since Lawson rose to national recognition during his successful run on America’s Got Talent in 2017, and the Orlando-bred comedian has continued to build onto his stardom with countless live stand-up shows all over the world, as well as a handful of acting roles over the past few years, including A Black Lady Sketch Show on HBO Max, and I Think You Should Leave. He also recorded his first stand-up special, Get To Know Me in 2019 for BET+.
Additionally, Jeff Arcuri is sticking around for a bit longer when he comes town, as he has added a 10 p.m. show to his sold-out Wilbur run, bringing his total occupancy to five shows. This show is already on sale.
