Matt Rogers promises it’s really Christmas this time at The Wilbur

If you didn’t feel like it was Christmas any other time Matt Rogers has come to turn around the holidays, he’s coming back to assure you that this time will be different.

As announced earlier this week, Rogers will be making his way back to The Wilbur stage on December 13 as part of his This Time It’s Really Christmas tour. Tacking on another visit to the city, Rogers has made it quite the holiday tradition to bring his penchant for pomp and circumstance, while delivering laughter and music to the masses.

While it’s been a tad quiet on the music front since his latest single, “Santa Boy,” dropped in 2024, Rogers has most recently received critical praise by way of the Stephen F. Kolzak Award at the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards earlier this year for his work alongside Saturday Night Live star Bowen Yang to promote visibility and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community through their work on their hit podcast, Las Culturistas.

Meanwhile, Nurse Blake will be pulling a double in the new year as he makes his way back to the area for one night at Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on March 5, before posting up at The Wilbur on March 6 as part of his But Did You Die? tour.

Tickets for these shows can be accessed now via venue pre-sales by using the code VANYA. Public on-sale begins Friday (September 11) at 10 a.m. ET.
