Need a wake-up call on this frigid Monday in New England? Well, the 2019 Governors Ball Music Festival lineup is here, and it’s all sorts of warm and fuzzy. Headlining the May 31 to June 2 festival at Randall’s Island Park in New York City are The Strokes, Florence and the Machine, and Tyler, The Creator.
Also appearing are Miles Kane, Brockhampton, Mitski, Major Lazer, The 1975, Nas, SZA, Lily Allen, Charli XCX, Lil Wayne, Soccer Mommy, Sunflower Bean, Bob Moses, and a fuck ton more. Will any of these artists and bands also play Boston Calling 2019, which takes place the weekend prior? We shall soon find out.
Peep the full lineup below. Tickets to this year’s Governors Ball go on sale starting today (January 7) via a special “Announce Day” pricing that extends to midnight. Hit the fest’s link for more information as you start planning that road trip.
