It’s not as if we are counting down or anything, but we are 77 days away from Arctic Monkeys’ July 27 show at Boston’s TD Garden. That means we have 77 days to memorize in the in’s and out’s and all-over’s of the Arctic’s new LP, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino, which hits streaming services today (May 11).
The band’s sixth album is a relative oddity, as it arrives without any advance singles. We received only a teaser clip a few weeks ago, so this first listen is a relatively pure experience. Alex Turner, don’t let us down.
