A few days ago a Belichick’s girlfriend, Linda Holliday, posted a photo to Instagram that showed the couple hanging with Kid Rock at Tiger Woods’ restaurant in Jupiter, Florida.
“Two of these people have lived in Detroit!” Holliday wrote. “Hint : I’m not one of them!”
According to Comcast SportsNet New England, Belichick was asked about his friendship with Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, at this morning’s coaches breakfast at the NFL Annual Meeting. As expected, coach’s response was curt — but also very telling. He’s on a first-name basis with the rock-rapper.
“Bobby’s a great guy,” says Belichick, via CNNSE.
