Hit Parade: Watch Taylor Swift and Walk The Moon perform ‘Shut Up And Dance’ at Gillette Stadium

Taylor Swift’s massive 1989 tour of North America has been filled with special guests and surprises, with everyone from Lorde and Echosmith to the U.S. women’s soccer team making on-stage cameos. Last night at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, was no different, as Tay Tay celebrated the first of two nights in New England with some very special guests perfect for the massive teen and tween audience.

Aerosmith? The Cars? Dropkick Murphys?

Nope.

Walk The Moon.

The chart-topping, crossover rock band, who will play Boston Calling in September, joined Swift for a rendition of mega-hit “Shut Up And Dance,” with the sold-out crowd of 60,000 people singing along and flashing the light-up bracelets that were handed out at the gates.

It made for a pretty cool spectacle, and added another hit song to a show that already features several (“Shake It Off,” “Bad Blood,” “Style”). Watch it below, peep Swift’s twitter pics of the show, and stay tuned for any of tonight’s guests. Maybe Jonathan Richman will roll up and they’ll do “Roadrunner” together. Probably not though.
