Photo Gallery: London Grammar and Until the Ribbon Breaks, live in Boston


As most in Boston braced Monday night for the oncoming blizzard the friendly weathermen named “Juno,” the House of Blues was the host to live performances by London atmospheric pop trio London Grammar and Welsh electronic act Until The Ribbon Breaks. Despite the oncoming storm, citywide parking ban, and midnight’s pending vehicular travel restriction, fans packed the Lansdowne Street venue to see two of the UK’s best new bands. “Dearest Boston,” wrote UTRB on Facebook. “It made us feel incredibly humbled that you gave us such a warm response on such a cold night. Be safe in the storm. New friends x”

For those outside Boston, and those in town who could not attend, the show was live streamed on Yahoo!. But like several hundred others, Vanyaland staff photographer Eddy Leiva braved the elements and was on hand to capture the sights. His galleries are below…
