Three people have been injured in a shooting tonight at the NC Music Factory, a Charlotte, North Carolina live music, nightclub, and entertainment complex. Details are still coming in, but the shooting reportedly happened at the VBGB Beer Hall And Garden. WSOCTV reports that “two people were found shot at a couple of bars. Another person was found in the parking lot.”
UPDATE 11:27 p.m. EST: The Charlotte Observer reports that four people have been shot in “multiple shooting”.
Alabama soul band St Paul & the Broken Bones played the nearby Fountain Plaza tonight at the NC Music Factory. The shooting does not appear to have been in the area of that complex.

Two people had life-threatening injuries and one had potentially life-threatening injuries. Crime scene tape was wrapped around the entrance of VBGB. Dozens of Charlotte-Mecklenburg detectives were at the NC Music Factory on Friday night.
It happened around 10 p.m. According to Medic, someone called 911 to report several gunshots coming from the NC Music Factory.
“Do not know exact where shooting took place we three patients in separate locations all located here at the Music Factory,” Kenny Phillips with Medic said.
