The New England winter chill is still quite present, but that’s no match for a born and bred Canadian like Steph Tolev to get the blood flowing to our collective lower extremities, and give us a good weekend in the process.
With an established history between her and the city already in place, Tolev looks to erect a new pillar of comedy memories in Boston as she makes her Wilbur debut with two shows starting on Saturday (April 11) as part of her Keepin’ Em Hard tour. It’ll be the Toronto native’s first show back in the city since she recorded her Netflix special, Filth Queen, at Paradise Rock Club in 2024. Aside from scorching the stand-up trail with shows all over the country, Tolev has also continued to host her podcast, Steph Infection, and also got some high-energy screen time alongside Stavros Halkias, Shane Gillis, and Steve Gerben in the second season of the hit Netflix series Tires.
It’s bound to be a night to remember, whether you’re a fan of top-tier, groan-worthy crude humor or just a fan of an all-around great comedy experience. Whatever happens will happen, but just know that Tolev’s Wilbur debut will certainly not disappoint when all is said and done.
STEPH TOLEV :: Saturday, April 11 to Sunday, April 12 at The Wilbur Theatre, 246 Tremont St. in Boston :: 6 p.m. both nights, $38 to $97 :: Tickets and event Info
