Nao, 2025 NAO TOUR, April 24
Listen up, the time is Nao. The English singer-songwriter and record producer — who coined the term “wonky funk” to showcase her stirring aural cocktail of soul, electronic-pop, funk, and R&B — has outlined a North American tour that comes to Boston’s Citizens House of Blues on April 24. The tour arrives after the release of new album Jupiter in February, and is part of a larger, more thorough run through the United States after a pair of coastal one-offs in New York and Los Angeles last month. Apparently Nao’s fans demanded more dates, and more dates is what they are getting. “I know a lot of u were hella mad when the last tour sold out so fast 🙈 so this time I’ve got u, more dates, more cities!” Nao writes on Insta. “U guys don’t play, so make sure you grab your tickets ASAP.” Some say ASAP, and some say “Nao.” Tickets go on sale Friday (December 6) at 10 a.m. local time.
