There might be quite a few “grey areas” when it comes to comedy, and humor in general, in terms of what’s acceptable. Leave it up to Des Bishop, though, to add some color to the mix.
As announced earlier this week, the Irish-American comedy vet will be making his way back to Boston at the top of 2027, as he sets the coordinates of his Grey Area tour on The Wilbur, for one night, on January 30. While his expansive body of work has most recently been highlighted by his seventh stand-up special Bridge & Tunnel, which premiered on Hulu in June, Bishop has also dabbled in the literary arts with his 2012 book My Dad Was Nearly James Bond, as well as the podcast game as co-host of The Bishop Exchange.
