For Jared Freid, coming home to do some shows has always turned into a grand homecoming event — as it should. But this time around, he’s got some “family business” to take care of on stage while he’s here.
Making his way back to home turf for two sold-out shows tonight (February 23) at The Wilbur, as part of his Family Business tour, the Needham native brings with him a whole year’s worth of new stories, and a brand new hour of his beloved high-energy brand of comedy.
Since his last run through town, Freid released his first hour special for Netflix, 37 & Single last summer, which garnered some critical acclaim following its premiere. In addition to his largely sold out stand-up shows all over the country, Freid has continued to expand the reach of his fanbase with his wildly successful JTrain Podcast.
