Sarah Silverman is licking her lips for a special taping at The Wilbur

If it’s one thing we’ve known and loved about Sarah Silverman over the years, it’s that she’s not up for delivering any nonsense lip service. However, that will kinda sorta be the case when she makes her way back to town.

As announced earlier this week, Silverman has added a slew of new dates to her Grow Some Lips tour, including a two-night stand at The Wilbur on March 30 and 31 which will also serve as the scene for recording her next special. It will be her first visit to The Wilbur in a few years, and the resulting special will be her fourth overall, and her first since her 2017 Netflix hour A Speck of Dust. In addition to her stand-up work over the course of these last few years, the comedian, actor and author has also had her share of onscreen credits including Space Jam: A New Legacy, Don’t Look Up, The Bob’s Burgers Movie, and has most recently served as a guest host on The Daily Show following Trevor Noah’s departure.

Outside the city limits, stand-up vet and one of comedy metalhead Jim Breuer will be raising the horns at Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on March 31. Breuer has been busy on the road lately, with multiple tours all over the country, and has released a pair of specials since 2021, Somebody Had To Say It and Silly In San Diego.

Tickets for these shows can be accessed via presale now by using the code VANYA, before General on-sale for Silverman starts on Friday (February 17) at 10 a.m., and Breuer begins at noon ET.
