Nate Bargatze announces new Amazon stand-up special ‘Hello World’

Via Artist

Having traveled the world over and sold out stages of all shapes and sizes, by no means does Nate Bargatze need an introduction. However, he’s still taking the time in the early innings of 2023 to say “Hello, World.”

As announced today (December 8), Bargatze will be bringing his critically-acclaimed powerhouse comedy to Amazon Prime Video in the new year with his fourth hour-long special, Hello World, which is set to premiere on January 31. It will be his first special for Amazon, as the Tennessee native most recently worked with Netflix to unleash a pair of widely applauded specials with 2019’s The Tennessee Kid and 2021’s The Greatest Average American.

In the new hour, Bargatze takes to the stage in the round at The Celebrity Theater in Phoenix (the same stage on which George Carlin recorded his 1981 special Again!) to wield his signature blend of clean yet still potent (and occasionally somewhat dark) observational and storytelling comedy as he touches on a myriad of topics like what life was like growing up in the ‘80s and ‘90s, the hardest part about marriage, and saying dumb things.

Be sure to check back for any updates, trailers and the like ahead of the premiere.
