Coachella 2019: Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, Tame Impala to headline

Just before midnight on the East Coast on Wednesday (January 2), the 2019 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival lineup has been revealed. Headlining the three-day, two-weekend festival (April 12 to 14 and April 19 to 21) in Indio, California are Childish Gambino, Tame Impala, and Ariana Grande.

Earlier in the day, TMZ reported that Kanye West had withdrawn from headlining the festival over the its stage design.

Joining the trio of headliners playing Coachella ’19 are The 1975, Billie Eilish, Solange, CHVRCHES, Kid Cudi, King Princess, Aphex Twin, Janelle Monáe, Blood Orange, Christine and the Queens, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Diplo, boy pablo, Weezer, Kacey Musgraves, Rosalia, Mac DeMarco, Soccer Mommy, Iceage, U.S. Girls, Hop Along, Bob Moses, Lizzo, Wallows, and more.

Carlisle’s very own Clairo, who took home Pop Artist of the Year at the 2018 Boston Music Awards, plays the Sunday slates.
