We’ve been talking a lot lately about how this fall is a real banger for must-see live performances, with many nights featuring several options around town that are pretty hard to choose from. Last night (September 13) really kicked off the season in town, but while there were at least four terrific options in Boston and Cambridge, we set our sights on Anne-Marie’s sold out show at Brighton Music Hall in Allston. The fast-rising British alt-pop singer and songwriter is crushing it lately, and her collabs with everyone from Marshmello to Ed Sheeran have put her atop many playlists. She commanded a lively Brighton Music Hall last night, and she was feeling it just as much as the young crowd: “I didn’t want it to end,” Anne-Marie tweeted after the show. Vanyaland’s María Alejandra Mata was in the room capturing visuals of Anne-Marie and opener Goody Grace, and you can scan through her full gallery below.
