GRAMMYs 2018: Here are the winners

Around these parts, the only music competition we dig is the Rock and Roll Rumble and the only trophy parties we holla at are the Boston Music Awards. But the 60th annual GRAMMYs are going down tonight (January 28) in New York City, and people seem relatively into it.

And as is custom, a bunch of awards have been announced well in advance of the gala at Madison Square Garden.

Among the highlights so far are The War On Drugs taking home Best Rock Album for A Deeper Understanding; Kendrick Lamar winning Best Rap Performance for "HUMBLE."; The National earning Best Alternative Music Album for Sleep Well Beast; LCD Soundsystem winning Best Dance Recording for "Tonite"; Aimee Mann getting the nod for Best Folk Album for Mental Illness; and Kraftwerk securing Best Dance/Electronic Album for 3-D The Catalogue.

The so-called "major" awards will be revealed during tonight's broadcast on CBS.

Below is a running list of the winners, tweeted out by @RecordingAcad, updated as the night drags on. Check out all the nominees here.
