Justin Timberlake announces ‘Man of the Woods’ tour of indoor North American venues

We may have said this before, but we’ll say it again: Get ready for a whole lot of Justin Timberlake in 2018.

The pop singer, who dropped his comeback single “Filthy” last week, has today announced a 25-date North American “Man of the Woods” tour that comes to Boston’s TD Garden on April 4. Tickets go on sale to the general public on January 16.

The tour is named after Timberlake’s forthcoming album, Man of the Woods, which hits February 2, two days before he headlines the Super Bowl LII Halftime Show in Minnesota.

And we’re pretty sure this March-to-May run plays exclusively indoor venues.

“The outdoors is really the inspiration for a lot of these songs,” Timberlake says in the tour promo video, posted below. “That’s the main idea. The tour will be able to bring the outside in. How can we bring that to life?”

We’ll soon find out.
