First the good news: Jimmy Eat World are hitting the road again come 2018, and they’re bringing along some notable openers in Massachusetts’ own The Hotelier, Vanyaland fave Alex Lahey, and everyone’s favorite rock and roll resuscitators The Struts.
The bad news: We’re not getting those openers all at once, unfortunately.
But the silver lining here, and most notably to us here in Boston, is that the local date, June 11 at The House of Blues, will feature Lahey, the Australian songwriting wiz who gave us the incredible I Love You Like A Brother LP in October.
Beyond that, The Struts are currently onboard for a single date (May 5 in Cincinnati), while The Hotelier join Jimmy Eat World for nine shows in May. Peep all the North American dates below.
