Studio 52 Spotlight: Lunglust
What Studio 52 Says: Boasting one of the longest occupancies in our facility, Lunglust have always been one of our favorite bands in Boston. Their most recent release, 2016’s Repetition Is Hell, is a brutal testament to Lunglust’s expertise at combining hardcore and metal into a cavalcade of pure chaos. Though the album clocks in at just under a half-hour of playtime, the tracks (especially “Broken Idol”) have us banging our heads all day. We’re looking forward to catching them this Tuesday (May 16) at O’Brien’s Pub in Allston, when they share the stage with Iron Gag, VAULTED, and Atlanta’s Malevich.
