Studio 52 is a community artist space located in the heart of Allston, and is proud to support the Boston music scene and local artist community.

We’ve said this before, but it bears repeating: We only need the slightest of nudges to head north for a weekend in Vermont. Shortly after Waking Windows in Wonooski revealed its preliminary 2017 lineup last week, Grace Potter’s Grand Point North in Burlington has today followed suit by revealing its 2017 dates.

Potter’s collaboration with Higher Ground, presented by The Point & VPR, will return to Burlington’s Waterfront Park for the festival’s seventh year on September 16 and 17. The lineup will be revealed in the spring; last year’s featured Potter, Old Crow Medicine Show, Guster, And The Kids, Kaleo, The Record Company, and others. Scan through Cara DiFabio’s photo gallery from the ’16 fest below.

“This year will include local favorites, regional and national bands, as well as expertly crafted local food, drink, performance, art, and mayhem,” says Potter, who will headline the fest as well as curate the lineup.

Ticket info: “Early Bird two-day tickets and VIP Passes go on sale this Friday, February 10 at 11 a.m. Early Bird tickets are just $69. VIP Passes are $159 and include early entry to the festival grounds each day, exclusive VIP viewing area at the sound board, commemorative VIP laminate, festival poster signed by Grace Potter, and access to VIP hospitality tent with discounted beverages and light food provided.”

Included in DiFabio’s gallery below are images of Potter, Kaleo, Blind Pilot, River Whyless, And The Kids, and others.
