Editor’s Note: Florence and the Machine rolled into Boston’s Blue Hills Bank Pavilion last night with a healed foot, a Number 1 album in (at least) two countries (here and the United Kingdom) in How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful, and all the musical fire and brimstone to heat Antarctica. Florence Welch showed no signs of her foot injury suffered at Coachella in April, sprinting back and forth across the former Harborlights stage and running up and down the aisles.
