Monday Callout: Lifted Contingency drops new Twistyknobs single, ‘Math Club’

Boston beats crew Lifted Contingency promised to showcase a few different looks in their ongoing Gold Mine Series, and today, just in time for that Monday morning bell, they deliver the truth.

Boston-born, Los Angeles based Twistyknobs, known on his identification cards as Brad Vautour, comes through with “Math Club”, a disco-fed electro bouncer that stretches up and across in vibrant shimmers — and that’s better than any alarms clock ringing out across Boston right about now. It’s got a nice spring and summer vibe, which will be essential for the ears and what’s frozen between it as we all venture out of the house today.

“We’re back it, this time with a super airy, lighthearted single from now Los Angeles-based Twistyknobs,” writes Lifted. “Known for his diverse production, Twisty has provided a track that while complex, doesn’t lose the pulse of the vibe. This sound is unlike anything we’ve released before, but the key to this monthly singles series is to showcase diversity and highlight various artists out there producing different sounds.”

“Math Club” is up for streaming and free download via Soundcloud below.
