Vanyaland Premiere: Broncho take your ass to rock school with the new video for ‘Class Historian’

School is back in session across the great land, but it’s especially the case here in Boston, where the city’s population swells with the September arrival of the college-student masses. So it makes perfect sense that Oklahoma rock and roll powerhouse Broncho roll into Allston tonight for a Vanyaland Presents gig at Great Scott, armed with a new music video for breakout jam “Class Historian.”

A while back we declared this track one of the catchiest songs of 2014, and the smoky, 3D-ish video from George Salisbury and Delo Creative only reinforces its brilliance.

Check it out below, join us tonight, and be sure to hit “play” on Broncho’s fantastic new album, Just Enough Hip To Be Woman, out this week on Dine Alone Records. From groovy jangle-pop opener “What” to the psych-rock dirge of closer “China,” it’s one of the finest releases of the year. Pop it up way down south.
