Much to the chagrin of everyone from the guy in Mogwai to the dude who created an online to petition to get them barred, Metallica are headlining Glastonbury this weekend in the United Kingdom. And it looks like they’ve showed up to Worthy Farm with not a single fuck to give.
The NME reports that the metal band’s merchandise on sale at Glasto features a t-shirt filed with criticisms of their inclusion in the massive music festival. Among the quoted on the “Glastallica” gear are Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys, Pulp’s Jarivs Cocker, and Rob Halford of Judas Priest (who it seems is upset that Metallica aren’t British enough).
