First Wave: John Brown’s Body, Rusted Root head up Rock And Blues Concert Cruises

The high seas of Boston Harbor might get a little bit higher this summer as the first wave of Rock and Blues Concert Cruises have been announced.

The series kicks off June 6 with John Brown’s Body, and the rest of the summer slate features a solo and electric Ryan Montbleau on June 21, the Adam Ezra Group — the people responsible for “The Devil Went Up To Boston” — on June 22, and world music veterans Rusted Root on June 25.

Additional cruises will be announced, but in the meantime, tickets for the current crop are on sale via rockandbluescruise.com. All cruises sail on the Provincetown II operated by Bay State Cruise Company at the World Trade Center Pier.

We normally call these “Booze Cruises,” but alcohol might not be the preferred method of partying with this lineup. Check it out below…
