Six Six Clicks: The Devil’s Twins unveil new Christmas song, re-booted website

We’ve done all sorts of premieres since our May launch, from songs to videos to remixes and everything in between. Now we’re getting with the times and helping premiere the new website from Boston trio the Devil’s Twins. Launched this week, the band’s new look mirrors their noir-punk sound, and it comes bearing gifts: a free download of the Twins’ new black-tree Christmas ballad “Give Me Death,” which is yours in exchange for your email.

It’s the first bit of new music from the Devil’s Twins since October LP Old Fashioned Mischief, and finds vocalist Nikki Marie Coogan in the holiday spirit: “Let’s ring in this Christmas season with some fear/Oh break my heart or take my breath/Give me fear or give me death.”

Meanwhile, the new homepage will be used to house the band’s e-commerce store, and the base for what frontman Jeremiah Louf full explains as a “youth apparel brand tentatively named ‘2.’” The site features the usual other stuff (tour dates, videos) as well as a donation link to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Louf describes it as “one of the most important things on our site, especially in this holiday season.”
