Here’s a motto we’ve taken into 2025: Long Hair, Long Life. And it’s not just a vibe to help us get through some crazy times, it’s also the title of a co-headline tour from Peach Pit and Briston Maroney, who team up for 25 dates across an unsuspecting North America. Along the way is a stop tonight (June 24) at Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway, with Peach Pit’s showing off last year’s Magpie album and Maroney airing out last month’s JIMMY.
“We couldn’t be more excited for this upcoming tour with our good friend Briston Maroney,” says Peach Pit vocalist Neil Smith. “It’s our biggest tour ever and we’re playing some really crazy venues, places like Red Rocks in Colorado that I honestly never really thought were in the cards for us. It freaks me out that we somehow managed to go from rehearsing in Chris’ bedroom 10 years ago to venues like The Greek in LA and Pier 17 in New York. 2014 Peach Pit would be tripping out right now.”
Heck, we’re tripping out right now.
