Lady Gaga’s UFO-of-an-album Chromatica lands at Fenway Park this August. Finally.
Since announcing a small run of performances dubbed “The Chromatica Ball” in the spring of 2020, Gaga has faced trouble nailing down new, post-COVID-19 show dates, as the pandemic continues to meddle with live music. The pop enigma today (March 7) announced a revamped version of the tour, which features a rescheduled Fenway Park concert on August 19.
In addition to rescheduling the original tour dates (minus New Jersey), the Haus of Gaga booked an additional nine shows, bringing the intergalactic camp of Chromatica to cities like Washington D.C., Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
While Chromatica is now two years old, her 2021 remix project Dawn of Chromatica rejuvenated the LP with reworked versions of each track, including the coveted “Haus Labs” version of “Babylon.”
Look, we don’t care which edition of each song Gaga decides to pull out of her bedazzled fire bra this summer; all we ever wanted was looooove new tour dates.
