‘The Dollop’ dishes a fresh slate of history and hilarity at The Wilbur

While we’re busy living in “unprecedented” times,” the boys at the helm of The Dollop are just looking to stay focused on the insanity of days gone by, which we can surely look forward to as they plot their return to the city.

As announced earlier this week, Gareth Reynolds and Dave Anthony are officially making their long-awaited return to The Wilbur in the new year, with a stop at the legendary venue on March 24 as part of their 2026 tour. While both Reynolds and Anthony continue to destroy away from the Dollop universe in their own ways, what they’ve accomplished with the hit podcast, both in the studio and as a result of their live shows, is reflected in the show’s constant post among the most listened-to podcasts in the game.

Decorated comedy veteran Sherri Shepherd will also be making her way to Boston next spring on April 17, as part of her upcoming Make It Make Sense tour. While she gears up for a return to the stand-up stage while she continues to host her eponymous talk show, Shepherd can also be seen in the Tyler Perry feature film Straw, opposite Taraji P. Henson.

A few stops down on the T, Liza Treyger will be helping to keep Somerville’s Crystal Ballroom warm on January 30. Always one to bring the high heat, Treyger continues to build off the momentum following the success of her first hour-long Netflix special, Night Owl, which premiered earlier this year.

Additionally, Jeff Arcuri can’t get enough of Boston, as he has added a ninth show to his Wilbur stop with a 7 p.m. spot on December 7. His eight previously announced shows are officially sold out.

Tickets for these shows can be accessed now via the Regulars presale, before venue presale can be accessed starting Thursday (October 9) at 10 a.m. ET, by using the code VANYA. Public on-sale begins Friday (October 10) at 10 a.m. ET.
