If you, too, have been longing to pull the plug on life as we know it and vanish into the wilderness indefinitely, then you can meet up with Coral Moons when you get there. The New York-via-Boston band have released the ultimate case for going off-grid with the video for “Made Up My Mind,” a breezy “peace out” that ditches stress for the simplicity of “reading, sewing, knitting, beading,” among other activities that are particularly well-suited for cottage visits. But if a woodlands hiatus isn’t in the cards, the single’s springy pop-rock is enough of a reprieve in itself, and frontperson Carly Kraft’s sense of relief is mighty contagious. Tune in below (then toss your phone out the window).
