While we eagerly await the return of Happy Gilmore to truly make this a summer to remember, you may find a little left over sand in your shoes this fall, because Adam Sandler is going back out on tour — and making his way to local shores along the way.
Per a surprise announcement earlier this week, the legendary comedian and actor will be embarking on his brand new You’re My Best Friend comedy tour, a 30-city trek that will bring Sandler all over North America this fall, including a stop at Boston’s TD Garden on September 30.
The new tour will not only book-end a summer season in which Sandler plans to release the highly-anticipated Happy Gilmore 2 on Netflix on July 25, but also as the latest in a string of highly-successful tours over the past few years for Sandler, both of which have resulted in his two critically-acclaimed Netflix specials, 100% Fresh and Love You.
