It’s a universal celebration whenever Friday hits. As far as Preacher Lawson is concerned, though, he’s about to have the best day ever in Boston.
Bringing a whole new hour of fun to The Wilbur tonight (April 5) as part of his Best Day Ever tour, Lawson carries with him, of course, new jokes and stories but also the familiar upbeat and high-octane energy that has powered his bustling comedy career from his comedy roots in Orlando, to his critically-acclaimed appearances on America’s Got Talent, and beyond. In addition to his highly successful stand-up shows that have brought him all over the map these last few years, Lawson returns to the city for the first time since 2019 still on the applause high that he’s received in response to his latest special, My Name is Preacher, which premiered on YouTube in March.
Additionally, he’s continued to further his creative reach with the growth of his YouTube channel, where he posts clips, short sketches, vegan cooking recipe videos, and more. Hit the clip after the jump for the goods.
