Leo The Kind’s next tune is put-on-your-dancing-shoes good. Literally.

The Boston rapper’s unreleased song “Animation” provides the groove in the ad campaign for Nike’s new Air Sesh shoes, the brand’s first sneaker designed with dancers in mind. Leo The Kind shared the promotional video via his Instagram on Friday (November 26), and the video also appears on Nike’s website.

“My team works with Sony Music Publishing, and they pitched my song ‘Animation’ for Nike’s new commercial/release, and they loved it!” he shares with Vanyaland. “The song is coming soon — it’s still unreleased but we wanted to give it some shine before [its] release.”

This marks Leo The Kind’s second company collab this year; when he dropped his EP Land of the Luck in July, the emcee teamed up with Massachusetts restaurant chain Mother Juice to create a limited-edition “Land of the Luck” drink.
