Star Wars: The Rave Awakens with DJs Knife, Reel Drama, Texas Mike at Good Life, 28 Kingston St. in Boston

Even on Hoth, the Rebel Bass was never this chill. The Good Life in downtown Boston transforms into various worlds of Star Wars for a Death Star-sized ball drop featuring recreated cantina scenes (complete with IG-88’s dome displayed), forest environments, and even a Rey mannequin. Other treats include free lightsabers at the door, Mos Eisley cantina specialty drinks (don’t be a Ponda Baba) and an appearance by the The 501st Legion of stormtroopers. DJs Knife, Reel Drama and Texas Mike spin hip hop, trap, Top 40, and EDM. When your drunk-ass friend starts talking about Dagobah, you’ll know he’s really saying “There go bar.” And go to it, you will.

Doors are at 9 p.m., this is a 21-plus party, and tickets are $45 in advance and $50 at the door.
