Big Boi headlines latest free Converse Rubber Tracks Live show at the Sinclair

After last month’s raucous throw down with rock and roll powderkeg the Orwells, Converse’s Rubber Tracks Live series is back at the Sinclair later this month with a blowout party fit for holiday revelry: OutKast rapper and producer Big Boi, with support from New Hampshire rapper and recent Global Studio Takeover participant Aziz The Shake, and Memphis upstart R.E.N.E.G.A.D.E E.L R.E.Y.

Bust out the Bailey’s, ’cause damn.

The show goes down December 15, and it’s free with RSVP. The RSVP list opens tomorrow (Thursday, December 3) at noon local time, and it’s an all-ages affair.

And some fine print, so you know what’s up: “Converse Rubber Tracks Live is a monthly, free concert series supporting emerging music across the U.S and internationally. The series features an opening artist at every performance who has recorded at the Converse Rubber Tracks studio and has been hand-selected by the headlining act. Now in it’s second year, the series began in Brooklyn and has since expanded to San Francisco, Boston and Los Angeles with more cities to follow globally. Information on how fans can receive entry to the free concerts is announced prior to each show.”

Meanwhile, Big Boi has been crossing over to all formats with his recent collaboration with Phantogram, dubbed Big Grams. Check out banger track “Fell In The Sun” below.
