Blake Schwarzenbach has cancelled all of his upcoming shows due to a “serious personal matter,” BrooklynVegan reports.
The singer and guitarist of Jawbreaker, Jets to Brazil and other bands was in line to perform a handful of September dates, including Wednesday at the Monkey House in Winooski, Vermont, and September 23 at Great Scott in Allston. Other Northeast dates that have been cancelled include September 22 at The Space in Hamden, Connecticut, and September 25 at New York City’s Cake Shop, and a September 26 matinée at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn.
Bowery Boston posted online that refunds are available at the point of purchase. They write: “We hope everything is okay w/ Blake!”
