When Death Grips suddenly broke up and dropped off the upcoming Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden tour earlier this month, one pretty in-demand opening act slot became available. Turns out, three will now take the place of one, as Oneohtrix Point Never, Cold Cave, and The Dillinger Escape Plan will all take turns supporting the double-headlining bill.
The tour rolls into the XFinity Center in Mansfield on July 29, and we here in Massachusetts will get Oneohtrix Point Never, the Brooklyn-based experimental music project from Wayland native Daniel Lopatin.
