Twitter turns eight years old today, and to celebrate, the social media monster is allowing people to go back in time and find their first-ever tweets. That’s what Throwback Thursday is all about, no? But this cool new feature is also allowing us to troll the debut tweets from some famous musicians (that sound you hear is Macklemore clicking “delete delete delete”).
So here’s how your favorite band is artist jump-started their twitter careers. We were all so young and naive back then, eh? We didn’t even know what a hashtag was…
