We’ve been treated to bits and pieces of Pale Waves over the past few months — a betrayal-bashing bop called “Lies” in May; a support slot for 5 Seconds of Summer that hit Boston earlier this month — but now we’re about to get a whole lot more. The Manchester alt-pop firecracker is set to release new album Unwanted on August 12 via Dirty Hit, and will hit the road this fall for a headlining North American run that kicks off just after an appearance at Riot Fest.
The tour kicks off September 18 in DC and wraps October 6 in Pamona, California, hitting Brooklyn, Toronto, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and elsewhere along the way. Sadly, there is no Boston date — so we’ll have to road trip it a bit.
Tickets go on sale Friday (July 29) at 10 a.m. local time, and to celebrate all the news, Pale Waves have unveiled a new self-shot video for “Reasons To Live.” Crank that one up as you peep all the dates below.
