Following two years of anticipation, The Roll Up is finally rollin’ up to Northampton in Western Massachusetts this spring.
After the original music festival and Earth Day celebration was postponed in 2020 (you can guess why), the three-day event has been rescheduled for April 15, 16, and 17 at the Three County Fairgrounds on Fair Street.
Performers locked in thus far include Wiz Khalifa, Waka Flocka Flame, GRiZ, Method Man, Redman, Tripp St, Of The Trees, and Wreckno, although The Roll Up promises “as many as 50” musicians across three stages during the all-weekend festival. In between sets, festivalgoers can enjoy a variety of classic carnival attractions, such as rides, games, an adult-sized ball pit, circus sideshows, an “exotic” car show, and a professional wrestling belt battle. A (surely tantalizing) list of local food and drink vendors is also forthcoming.
While Friday and Saturday will be limited to guests 18 and older (or 16 and older with a guardian), Sunday’s “family fun day” programming is open to all ages. One-day general admission passes range from $25 to $60, while three-day GA passes cost $125. VIP tickets offer guests access to exclusive viewing areas and bars and start at $40.
