It was nearly a year ago when we got hyped over G Flip’s “Habits”-esque alt-pop bop “Killing My Time”. We expected great things from the Australian singer, drummer, and producer born Georgia Flipo, and now she’s back with another pop cruiser that’s all about pushing through life’s bullshit. “Everyone has roadblocks in life,” Flipo states, “tough situations that are hard to get through and the only way to overcome them are to say ‘I Am Not Afraid’. Whether it’s getting out of a toxic relationship, coming out to your family or getting bullied. Life throws shit at you and you have to be brave. You have to stand tall and rise above it.”
