At this point, we’re well past just “talking through it” when it comes to the daily happenings around the world. In fact, Marc Maron is really saying what we’re all thinking, and has raised the bar to “yammering into the void” levels of being over it.
As announced earlier this week, Maron has set his return to Massachusetts after a busy 2025 kept him on one side of the country for the majority of the time, as he is set to bring his new Yammering Into The Void tour to Medford on November 6, returning to Chevalier Theatre after last visiting in 2024.
While he did close the curtain on his iconic WTF podcast last fall after 16 years of untethered dominance in the medium, Maron also released his latest special, Panicked, on HBO last summer. Following his departure from behind the studio mic last year, the immediate question was “what’s he gonna do now?” — well, we’ve got our answer now.
Before Maron hits up Medford, though, Scott Auckerman and the Comedy Bang! Bang! crew have set a return of their own on the calendar, as they bring their differences to the Chevalier streets on June 27 as part of their upcoming Ground Beefing tour.
Sure to be full of that familiar dose of beautiful comedic chaos that inevitably ensues within each episode of the long-running show, the return will mark the show’s first trek to Medford since 2022, and the third in four years after setting up shop at The Wilbur in 2024.
Tickets for these shows can be accessed via the Regulars pre-sale starting today (April 8) at 10 a.m. ET before venue pre-sales can be accessed starting on Thursday (April 9) at 10 a.m. ET. Public on-sale starts on Friday (April 10) at 10 a.m. ET.
