Harnessing the ability to effectively “check the temp” of the moment is a great skill to have, but Sammy Obeid isn’t afraid of turning a couple of heads in the process. Instead, he’s focused on bringing a bit of his own brand of professional “supremacy” back to town this year.
As announced earlier this week, Obeid will be bringing his Wit Supremacy tour to The Wilbur on June 6. His return to the northeast comes amidst a massive slate of shows that bring Obeid all over North America all the way through August following the 2025 release of his latest stand-up special, Social Justice Jihadi on YouTube.
Just before Obeid hits the stage in the early days of June, a smattering of the cast and writing team for Saturday Night Live makes their way to The Wilbur on June 5 with plans for an improv extravaganza dubbed Improv With My Friends From Work. The show will include a cavalcade of both on-air and behind-the-scenes talent from the iconic sketch series including host Ceara Jane O’Sullivan, Carl Tart, Chloe Troast, Asha Ward, and Jimmy Fowlie, as well as some special guests.
Tickets for these shows go on sale to the general public today (February 27) at 10 a.m. ET.
