Upon the announcement of Phil Rosenthal’s return to Boston, fans ate it up. Now, he’s making sure there’s enough for everyone with an extra serving of comedic and culinary excitement.
As announced earlier this week, the legendary TV writer and producer will be sticking around Boston a little bit longer with a second show at The Wilbur on September 11. Hosting a Q&A and conservation regarding his career, and especially his most recent endeavors that marry food and comedy, Rosenthal will return with a new batch of stories to tell about his life in television, as well as his family, friends, travel, and of course, food.
Also making his way to The Wilbur is comedian and author Rob Anderson, who will be bringing his viral comedic takes on pop culture to the legendary stage on October 25 as part of his Are You Afraid of the ‘90s? tour. Although not as analytical as his Gay Science series, Anderson will bring with him to the stage the energy and snark that has catapulted him in the digital space with recaps of TV shows like 7th Heaven and books like The Berenstain Bears, as well as his coverage of the Popal Conclave earlier this with The Pope Games.
