If all sunlight is going to evaporate at 4:15 p.m. for the next few weeks, you might as well double down on the darkness and surrender to the murky beats of Loman’s new EP Notturno. After collaborating with Lynn artist Nyeusi Loe for the 15-track opus THE BALLAD OF LOESPERADO in September, the Cambridge producer bookends his fall with the November release of this hip-hop tape, which features area emcees like Michael Christmas and Kadeem. Notturno feels like a natural sequel to Loman’s 2023 beat tape SHADOWS, extending his own late night soundtrack for a city that shutters way too damn early. Tune in below.
