While hopes were dashed this summer regarding the return of happy hour within The Commonwealth, Kelsey Cook will be bringing her own kind of fun to the city next year that can help us forget about it.

As announced earlier this week, Cook is leveling up with her upcoming Happy Hour tour, which brings her all over the country in 2025, including one night at The Wilbur on February 21. In addition to her stand-up dates selling out all over the map, Cook most recently released her full-length special, The Hustler in 2023, and spent part of her summer in 2024 as a featured comedian on Bert Kreischer’s annual smash-hit Fully Loaded Comedy Festival tour. She also co-hosts the Pretend Problems podcast with her boyfriend and fellow comic, Chad Daniels.

A smattering other shows are introducing themselves to the Wilbur calendar this week, as well, as Rahul Subramanian returns to The Wilbur on December 8 as part of his Who Are You? tour, while comedy legend and scene staple Richard Kind will be making his way to The Wilbur for a night of laughs and reflection on March 2, as part of a series of conversations taking place in different parts of the country dubbed How Not To Be Famous. Anthony Rodia will also be returning to the Wilbur stage on March 21, as part of his Laugh Til It Hurts tour.

Additionally, Jimmy O. Yang has added a late show to each of his respective stops with a 10 p.m. show at The Wilbur on December 6, and a 9:45 p.m. show at Chevalier Theatre in Medford the following night on December 7. Also, Becky Robinson has added a second show to her own stop at The Wilbur on April 5, and Macaulay Culkin will be anything but home alone at Chevalier Theatre as he’s added a 2:30 p.m. matinee slot to his visit on December 15.

Tickets for these shows can be accessed now via the Regulars presale before venue presales begin Thursday (October 17) at 10 a.m. ET. Public on-sale begins Friday (October 18) at 10 a.m. ET.
