On Sale @ Paradise and Brighton Music Hall: Vundabar, Eggy, Mighty Mystic, and more

Vundabar, March 7

The dudes in Vundabar just can’t stay off the road. The platinum Boston trio are currently on tour with Courting for a North American run that takes them to just before Thanksgiving, and quickly head back out for an early ’25 jaunt that delivers the band back to town for a March 7 twirl at the Paradise Rock Club. Forever making Scituate proud, Vundabar dropped feverish garage rock single and video “I Got Cracked” back in June, which we loved, and it arrived fresh off signing with Loma Vista Recordings, a label that includes artists like Iggy Pop, Soccer Mommy, and Manchester Orchestra. Now as a new tour announcement surfaces, we’re treated to a wild new tune called “Life is a Movie,” and it feels like one of the band’s most memorable efforts. As frontman Branden Hagen sings “Here comes the punchline / Here comes the grace / Here comes the part where we go off our face / Here comes the lesson / Here comes the light / Here comes the beacon in the night,” we know things are getting serious. Tickets go on sale Thursday (October 10) at 10 a.m. local time.
