Matt Rogers is planning an all-new night of sleighing at The Wilbur

Following what was truly a fabulously festive holiday gathering last year, Matt Rogers is looking to recapture that same Christmas magic in Boston again — but this time, he’s bringing some royal reinforcement.

As announced earlier this week, the multi-hyphenate comedian and artist will be making a return to Boston on December 15, as part of his The Prince of Christmas tour, to bring a whole new batch of nutcrackin’ laughs, music and theatrics to The Wilbur. While Rogers seeks to get everyone into the holiday spirit once more this winter, the good news is that we don’t have to wait those few months, as he released a full holiday special, Have You Heard of Christmas? in 2022. He isn’t all tinsel and ornaments throughout the year, though, as he also co-hosts the Las Culturistas podcast alongside fellow comedian Bowen Yang.

A few stars from the digital space will also be making their way to The Wilbur over the next few months and into the early parts of the new year, as the Almost Friday TV sketch group brings their online chaos to life on Tremont Street on November 7, while Danielle Carolan and Brooke Miccio go from the studio to the live stage with their co-hosted podcast Gals On The Go on February 13.

Before he hits up Boston for a bit of post-Christmas comedown, Bob Marley is tearing through the burbs with a show at Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on December 27. By that time, the holiday mystique will have most likely worn off for a lot of us, so the commiserating will be well overdue.

Tickets for these shows can be accessed via The Regulars presale starting today (September 18), before venue presales can be accessed starting on Thursday (September 19) at 10 a.m. ET by using the code VANYA. Public on-sale starts on Friday (September 20) at 10 a.m. ET.
